View Article  'and' versus Either The East Or The West

Consciousness, knowing, knowledge, experiencing, …

So what’s the point?

The point is to live life.

The West: Symbiosis: Science, All is in the physical, all aspects of consciousness emerge from the physical, the physical affects consciousness, each aspect of the physical affects the other in some manner or other, phenomenology …

The East: Panentheism: All is in consciousness, all aspects of the physical emerge from consciousness, consciousness affects the physical, each aspect of consciousness affects the other in some manner or other, existentialism …

Symbiotic panentheism:

It is not just about you, it is not just about you reaching Nirvana, you obtaining Nirvana, you entering Nirvana

It is about Nirvana absorbing you and other ‘self/s’.

It is about Nirvana absorbing billions, trillions, of ‘self’ existences.

It is about collective consciousness avoiding eternal recurrence through the process of ‘creating’ newness through ‘you’ and others like you.

Without you Nirvana, collective consciousness, alaya consciousness, amala consciousness, God – the omniscient being … stagnates in an existence of eternal equilibrium, eternal recurrence …

Without you Nirvana, collective consciousness, alaya consciousness, amala consciousness, God – the omniscient being … stagnates in a sensory deprivation chamber of its own making where the fluid within which it is immersed is known knowledge, known experiencing, known conclusions to all scenarios except how to generate ‘newness’, generate variety, generate diversity, generate wonder ....

Without you, without discrete entities of ‘self’, without you, Omniscience remains impotent in the sense that Omniscience knows everything except how to create what does not exist.

The seeming paradox is irrational.

Only a merging of East and West provides an understanding as to how it is both East and West are correct but not while standing isolated one from the other but when standing together embracing one another.

Only the rejection of the ‘either/or’ scenario embraced by both the East and West provides the solution.

Only the ‘and’ scenario presented by symbiotic panentheism provides the system theistic model, the cosmological model, the metaphysical model which unites East and West and thereby completes the picture of reality and thus revealing the solution to the question: So what’s the point.

The question you must ask of yourself then becomes: Just what is it you are going to add to Nirvana, bring with you to Heaven, inject into collective consciousness, inject into God …

It is your choice no one else’s, given to you through the gift of free will.

Abstract:

The individual acting within God – Symbiotic Panentheism

 A Perceptual Shift for Humankind

The individual acting within God - symbiotic panentheism establishes a metaphysical model that accepts, while at the same time dismantles, the paradoxes of omnipresence, omniscience, and omnipotence. In addition, it is a model that circumvents the state of permanent equilibrium we have assigned to God, a state we often refer to as stagnation. The foundation of panentheism, defining the location of reality in terms of the individuals’ location, doesn't seem to be immensely significant, but the subtlety leads to the initiation of enormous perceptual and behavioral shifts for our specie, society, the environment, and the individual. Panentheism addresses the paradox of omnipresence, omnipotence, and omniscience through accepting the concepts of omnipotence, omnipresence, and omniscience while at the same time acknowledging the full significance of these concepts by recognizing God’s ability to become even more so. Under the symbiotic portion of symbiotic panentheism, the significance of the human specie - the significance of the individual - is placed at the level of God and given an importance to God; thus emerges the rationality for the respect due the individual. Symbiotic panentheism places the soul, the individual, in a symbiotic relationship with God. Under the model of the individual acting within God, nothing, not even annihilation of our reality's physical mechanism, can diminish our purpose for existence. Nothing, not even total annihilation of our reality itself, can destroy our accomplishments as souls, for they transcend reality itself and embrace - fuse - with the very essence of God. Symbiotic panentheism displays its full impact by placing the responsibility for individual actions where it belongs - with the individual. Symbiotic panentheism also provides the logic needed to dismantle all hierarchical systems and perceptions of relative worth.  the individual acting within God eliminates the most fundamental hierarchical system created by humankind for humankind - the hierarchy system between God and humans. It eliminates status levels between beings.  The individual acting within God does not destroy what humanity has; it adds to what humanity has.  The individual acting within God accepts the significance of God to the individual and to the species. At the same time, it adds the significance of the individual and of the species to God. God is significant to humanity. Humanity has significance to God

What characteristic does panentheism assign the Causative Force?

Part II of II

...If St. Anselm is correct in arguing that as a species, if we conceive of a necessary being, its existence takes on a reality, then the acceptance of the concept of a Causative Force is perfectly logical.

At this point, it is also worth noting that the argument against the Causative Force based upon speculation, that the Causative Force must then have a Causative Force, would have no bearing here.

The acknowledgment of a Causative Force for our universe is what is at issue here.

The acceptance of such a Force then leads to the discussion of the question regarding where that Force would be.

Religions once professing a Causative Force to be omnipresent, cannot then declare that She is not.

The paradox of “evil” existing in a “perfect” being has to be dealt with in another fashion.

That is one of the benefits of symbiotic panentheism for just as symbiotic panentheism elevates human perceptions to new levels through expanding the size of the Causative Force, it also does away with one of religion’s most perplexing paradoxes which has caused them to reject the omnipresence of the Causative Force even while they proclaim it.

What characteristic does panentheism assign the Causative Force?

Part I of II

Panentheism says the Causative Force is omnipresent (all present) in terms of our universe. There are no qualifiers.

A qualifier is an exception to the statement. For example, the Causative Force is omnipresent BUT transcends the universe. This qualifier is an attempt to take from the Causative Force things that are considered to be “sins” of the world.

This qualifier is an attempt to take the “evil” of the world, the “bad things” out of the Causative Force.

Until, however, we accept the understanding that the “bad things” of the world, the universe, are also inside the Causative Force, we will not understand why it is so important to elevate our level of behavior.

We will only take our behavior seriously when we understand that the actions we consciously decide to take will have repercussions that actually become a part of the Causative Force Herself.

The sense of responsibility for one’s behavior only becomes important when one understands that one’s behavior leads to personal repercussions generated from one’s own personal behavior.

Symbiotic panentheism, based upon reason, models the whole of Reality and describes how the elements of reality, namely the physical universe, what lies beyond the physical universe, the individual, and 'nothingness' interact with each other and interact with the Whole of Reality, namely God.
